Inspired by our longstanding love of Burgundian wines and a harvest spent in Savigny-lès-Beaune, Joachim left the finance industry to become a micro-producer (négociant) of Burgundy wines. After studying viticulture and oenology in Beaune, Joachim started Maison Skyaasen.
